Understanding Exo-Politics
Millions of species at very different stages of consciousness and technological development with different needs, living in different Realms, Dimensions and Densities… But sharing the same architecture of reality.
During any Galactic Akashic work we need to have some simple guidelines to relate to a “timeline” of events that have shaped the ecosystem of our Galaxy. Of course we use Terran images to figure out this reality. It is not always exact but we can use it as a canvas. Each of us will resonate with some events, which is one way to validate the coherence of the story and start to put together fragments of memories and reconstitute the puzzle.

The Akashic records talk about the formation of our Galaxy as a separation of Duality Consciousness from Andromeda Galaxy (NGC 224).
Following the guidance of the “Nine”, a group of very High Consciousnesses Light Beings decided to develop a reality deeply rooted in Physicality.
While Andromeda Galaxy represents Divine Feminine qualities, the new Galaxy will embody Divine Masculine.
More high frequency Consciousness were called upon to join this creation. They are remembered as the Co-creators, some call them the "Ancient Builder Races".
The Co-creators did not truly “create” our Galaxy. They brought their creative energy to help this new reality to manifest herself in a Physical form following the architecture created by the 9.
The Co-creators were made of trillions of Consciousnesses in the form of Ethereal Beings, Spiritual Entities (not incarnated) and semi-Ethereal beings. All of them were very old souls from 9 to 11 level of Density.

As the Galaxy was entering entropy and creative chaos, she started to develop her own frequency signature that would become the tuning fork of all beings in this new ecosystem. A new galaxy was born.
The group of Co-creators came thru the natural Stargate near the star we call Antares.
Light Beings are Ethereal in nature but still subjected to reality. Most of them settled close to the center of rotation of the Galaxy (Galactic Center).
The Co-creators role was to nurture the Galaxy. Helping to direct the flow of energy to the stars and helping the formation of planets. Some light beings went into physicality to invest their consciousness into planets.
Elemental beings and semi-physical entities were the first ones to invest their consciousness into physical matter capable of reatining memories and information: minerals, cristal or water.
As biological forms became more complexe, sparkle of consciousness developped in plants, trees and animals, gaining more consciousness as they could build genetic memories in physicality.
For Billions of years, the natural evolution created more ecosystems and diversity. Species were involving,life spreading.
More group consciousness came from Andromeda Galaxy thru Antares and started to attune with the new environment.
The Co-creator collective was now part of the Galaxy. Many Group Consciousness became attached to some quadrants of the galaxy and developed into
Individual consciousness was now able to incarnate in many life forms and follow the process of devolution and evolution.
When the galaxy became more stable it was time for new Consciousness to enter into this new reality. All new consciousness were pure fractals of Source.

As Nataru was already Billions of years into development, some Beings from other Dimensions and Universes moved into this new environment and developed a new branch of their civilization in our galaxy.
40 M Years Ago - A group of Intergalactic Advanced Beings from various galaxies arrived to spread new intelligent life in the Galaxy. They are known as “The Seeders” or Pa-TALL.
The Seeders Collective engaged in terraforming planets with different life based systems (Hydrogen, Oxygen, Methane and Ammonia), to sustain different forms of life.
Using advanced technology they choose highly potential solar systems to create optimum conditions for life in many spots around the Galaxy. This process is known as terraforming.
This included the repositioning of stellar objects to facilitate life (adjust radiations, gravitation and solar impacts).
Many consciousness from the Nataru co-creator group joined this new project and incarnated in the many projects of the Seeders, helping planets consciousness and nurturing closely all lifeforms in their development.

Ciakahr are an ancient race of reptilians. It is said they came from another universe. They were so destructive in their original universe that they were cast away and ended up in our Galaxy.
According to Alex Collier information, Ciakahr developed space travel from the Draconis Constellation 4 Billion Years ago and started their expansion in our galaxy.
CIAKAHR expansion by altering genetics of colonized worlds to gain ownership over them. Changing frequency to control the races.
890 M BCE Several Grey races from ORION are altered by CIAKAHR to become slave races.

550 M BCE - Races in the galaxy start to develop space travel within their own star systems.
500 M BCE - CIAKAHR who had most advanced technology looked for resources in Lyra/Vega area.
245 M BCE - Interstellar travels becomes widespread allowing trade and technology sharing.
245 to 65 M BCE - Many civilizations have full space travel capabilities.
Most established civilizations are from ALPHA DRACONIS, ORION & LYRA/VEGA.
Need for resources increases and several colonial; several empires are rising.
Rules of colonization are negotiated to facilitate trade stability.
Discovery of « space Highways » (Portals and Wormholes). Portals are becoming strategic locations.
17 Space highways are active today - Few Portals connect to other Galaxies. Described as tube of focused time - Gravity and Time seems to be connected.
Transplanting lifeforms and ecosystems is in full force - Only focused in complex ecosystem development that can sustain development of consciousness.
Implementation by the seeders of new life forms to Earth, Mars and Uranus in 65 M BCE.

The Seeders chose a special place in the galaxy that had all the best conditions to sustain life. From planet Earth we see this star formation as a musical instrument (Lyra Constellation).
They chose to develop several form of life from successful existing templates from another universe. As Master geneticists they selected several compatible existing lifeforms and modified their DNA.
The Star system we call K62 (MANA) has several planets where the seeders engineered the ancestral races of all Humanoid in the Galaxy.
On the 1st planet from their star (EGORIA), a feline Looking HUMAN race was developed (LAAN). Witrh time and interbreeding the feline characteristics started to fade but their consciousness signature remained.
On the 3rd (OMANKHERA ), 4th (MAYA) and 5th (TAR), 3 different Human races successfully developed: TAAL, AHEL and NOOR.
Over Millions of years they all developed into spiritual civilizations in the 5th to 7th Density capable of Interstellar navigation. They developed colonies in the nearby star systems including Vega.
These 4 Human types were capable of interbreeding so new variances of Humans started to develop civilizations in this quadrant. The frequency of their star and the natural environment influenced their consciousness and physical characteristics. The way they choose to experience life shaped their level of consciousness and their culture in reciprocal manner.
Other races such as Avian (birdlike) high density consciousness races also develop in the several areas and evolve to spiritual civilizations.
The Lyra/Vega civilizations were able to develop peacefully for 40 M years which allowed both divine feminine (Vega) and divine masculine (Lyra) to develop in harmony.

Lyra / Vega Area was home to 14 inhabited planets. Some of them having advanced technology but limited war capabilities.
Reptilian Ciakahr empire focus their attention on K62 system to get access to the rich resources and control the Interdimensional vortex of the Ring Nebula.

50 M “Lyrans” are slaughtered - No technology to match CIAKAHR war fleet.
Several Lyran planets decide to engage negotiations providing additional time to prepare a massive exodus.
Destruction of several planets in the area - Enslavement of remaining civilizations
Humans become food source and slave material for CIAKAHR from that moment on.

Several fleets regrouping the different races of Lyra take multiple directions in the Galaxy to increase their chance of survival.

Waves of refugees settle in Orion or Sirius star systems.
Waves of colonization from Lyran Races in the Galaxy - Finding planetary environment suitable for their needs (water & oxygen).
Natural evolution of Lyran races in new star systems like Andromeda Constellation (ZENAE)
Hybridization and self genetic enhancement to adapt to new environments (T’ASHKERU)
Lyran races terraforming new planets such as the Pleiades and elsewhere (TAAL - AHEL - NOOR).
With time, some Human races upgrade their consciousness and withdraw from Physical Dimensions and become light beings (N’TORII or D’AHKORAT)

The Anakhim were the first to control the inter-dimensional portal in the Orion zone: The Door of Heaven or Uru-ang’Na.
The Anak’h come from planet Nibiru in a parallel dimension of the Orion Zone. They are master geneticists and have tinker with the DNA of many races in the galaxy.
They have altered their original reptiloid race with genetics from Ashkera humans (Lyran descent in Sirius B system).
Anunaken are a militarized structured society with powerful military technology and hierarchy.
They are strong enemies and adversary of Lyran, Ciakahr and Greys. However, they also negotiate alliances with their enemies when it benefits their interests: Resources and power over other races.

The film series “StarWars” is a soft disclosure of the Orion wars. No surprise that so many of us feel so at home with the star-wars universe. Far far away… not that far indeed.
The Orion zone regroups a multitude of races including many Reptiloids, Insectoids, Greys, Humanoids... It includes very advanced Old Races and many hybrid races from all density of consciousness.
The control of Uru An Na (The light of the Cosmos) was the reason for many conflicts. Many groups wanted to take over from Anunnaki and control this intergalactic doorway.
Following the leadership of a very old race (Almanuk), several advanced high consciousness races created an alliance (Council of 9) to protect pacific races and civilizations from conflicts and violent colonization.
The Ciakahr Empire and the Corporate of Altair which regroups different races of Humans, Reptilians and indigenous Greys entered many conflicts with regularly switching alliances
Local Orion populations created their own alliance (Orion Black League) to protect themselves against regressive Reptilians and Greys.

A powerful Grey race (Maytrei) from Andromeda Galaxy came thru the portal to contest the control of the portal as well.
More Grey races followed and join the conflicts.
Finally, the Ciakahr made an alliance with the the Grey collective to create the Nebu Orion Reptilian Empire or NEBU (the Masters) : Maytrei, Kiily-Tokurt, Ebans, Grail, Indugukt and Ciakahr.
On many other grounds, these races and civilizations remain enemies or allies according to the circumstances and their personal interests.
The NEBU Empire has been organized around a hive consciousness that controls all the Grey races they have colonized and enslave.
The Ciakahr Empire has remained independent as well as the Anunnaki Empire.
in 2021, the Superhive Consiousness Queen (Eban) was destroyed by the GFW and the Dominion was destmantled.
The other grey races under hive slavery came back to their natural Hive planarity Consciousness.

The council of 9 was latter reduced to 5 races: Egaroth, Redan, Orela, Emmerther and Ginvo.
Following new exodus from Lyran and Orion wars, the Cassiopeia Constellation zone became a free zone with none of the empires managing the many inhabited planets with refugees from the whole galaxy.
Cassiopea is home to many indigeneuous species and migrants from Lyra and Orion. It has been an area of passage for many races looking for new star system to settle in.
It has been a free zone where trade and cultural diversity go hand in hand with space pirates and freedom fighters.

The INTER GALACTIC CONFEDERATION (Seeders) remains a great powerful force on the benevolent side. They rarely interfere unless a Galaxy is at risk of destruction. They have a tremendous galactci fleet if necessary.

The ANDROMEDA COUNCIL (Zanea) is looking after the spiritual balance of the Galaxy.

The Ciakahr Empire remains a strong force in the Galaxy.
The Anunnaki Empire has now evolved into a less regressive force. However, some factions are still conducting regressive practices.
After hundreds of thousands of years, the NEBU alliance was recently dismantled as the super hive consciousness has been deactivated.
On Earth, the Deep State trans-national organization in place for millennia is still active but has lost the support of regressive ET races.
